Terms & Conditons

Welcome to Phranex, a leading consultancy specializing in supply chain management and supplier relationship services. Our Terms and Conditions govern the use of our consultancy services, website, and all interactions with our firm. By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to these terms. If you do not consent to any part, please abstain from using our services.

Service Scope

The Company provides supply chain development and optimization solutions tailored to business needs.
Service delivery is subject to agreed-upon terms and may require collaboration from the Client to ensure effective implementation.
Any additional services beyond the initial scope require a new agreement.

Client Responsibilities 


Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for service provision.
Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timely communication and collaboration are essential to ensure successful service outcomes.

Fees & Payment 

Fees for services will be outlined in a written agreement or invoice.
Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, are specified in the agreement.
Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.

Confidentiality 
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during service provision.
The Company will not disclose any client-specific information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property 
All content, tools, and methodologies developed by the Company remain its intellectual property.
Clients are granted a limited license to use provided materials solely for their internal business purposes.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability for any claim arising from service provision is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the service contract.
Termination does not relieve the Client from payment obligations for services rendered.
Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration under South African law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
